Player Safety First

Responsible Gambling
at ze555

ze555 believes that safe, informed play is the foundation of a good gaming experience. This page covers everything you need to know about staying in control — from deposit limits and time tools to self-exclusion and support resources.

Need help right now? If gambling is causing distress, financial difficulty or relationship problems, please stop playing immediately and contact a support organisation. Speak to someone you trust, or reach ze555 support at [email protected] — available 24/7. You are not alone.

ze555 Responsible Gambling Framework

These six pillars form the core of how ze555 approaches player safety. They are not optional features — they are built into the platform and available to every registered user.

Self-Exclusion

Request a temporary or permanent block on your account at any time. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and prevents access to all gaming services for the duration you choose.

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR to cap how much you can add to your account. Limit reductions apply immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.

Loss Limits

Define the maximum PKR amount you are willing to lose in any given period. Once reached, further bets are blocked until the limit period resets or you apply a change after a cooling-off window.

Session Time Limits

Set reminders or hard caps on how long you spend on the platform in a single session. Regular breaks help maintain perspective and prevent impulsive betting decisions.

Cool-Off Period

Take a short break from gambling — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days — without committing to full self-exclusion. During a cool-off period, you cannot access gaming services or receive promotional materials.

Reality Checks

Enable on-screen notifications that appear during play to remind you how long you have been gambling and how much you have spent or won in the current session.

18+

Adults only. The ze555 platform is restricted to users aged 18 and over — or the higher minimum age required by the relevant operator's license jurisdiction. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.

Gambling Is Entertainment — Not a Financial Plan

At ze555, we want every player to enjoy the platform as a form of entertainment — a way to add excitement to a PSL match, follow an ICC tournament more closely, or explore a live casino game on a weekend evening. But we are also honest about the risks involved. Gambling involves real money and real financial risk. It should never be used as a strategy to generate income or to recover previous losses.

Players across Pakistan — from Karachi to Lahore, Islamabad to Peshawar — come from varied financial circumstances. The amounts involved may seem small in isolation, but over time, uncontrolled gambling can have a serious impact on a person's finances, mental health and family relationships. ze555 takes that reality seriously, and our responsible gambling framework is designed to support every user in staying in control of their play.

The tools available on this platform are not bureaucratic checkboxes. They are practical controls that we encourage every player to use proactively — before gambling becomes a problem, not after.

Important: ze555 does not assert that online gambling is legal in Pakistan, and nothing on this page constitutes legal advice. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any relevant provincial legislation. Consult a qualified legal professional if you are unsure of your obligations.

Available Limit & Control Options

Daily Deposit Limit

Cap the maximum PKR amount you can deposit within any 24-hour window. Useful for players who want to keep daily spending predictable and within a set budget.

Weekly & Monthly Deposit Limits

Extend your spending controls across a 7-day or calendar-month period. Reducing an existing limit takes effect immediately; increasing requires a mandatory 24–48-hour review period.

Net Loss Limit

Set a maximum net loss threshold for any period. When your accumulated losses reach the limit, further betting is suspended until the period resets or you reapply after the cooling-off window.

Session Time Reminder

Receive a pop-up notification at a time interval you set — for example, every 30 or 60 minutes — reminding you how long you have been playing and your current session balance.

Cool-Off Period

Short-term breaks of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days during which your account is suspended for gaming purposes but remains accessible for withdrawal of existing balances.

Self-Exclusion (6 Months to 5 Years)

A formal exclusion that blocks access to all gaming features for the chosen period. You will not receive any marketing or promotional communications during a self-exclusion. Permanent exclusion is available on request.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually and is not always obvious — even to the person affected. Recognising these patterns early is the first step toward getting back in control.

Chasing Losses

Placing more bets — often larger ones in PKR — specifically to try to win back money already lost in the same session or on the same day.

Losing Track of Time

Spending significantly more time gambling than originally intended — often missing meals, family commitments or work obligations as a result.

Hiding Gambling Activity

Keeping your gambling activity secret from family members or close friends, feeling shame or embarrassment about the amount of time or money spent.

Gambling With Essential Money

Using funds intended for household expenses, rent, school fees or other essential costs to fund gambling activity.

Mood Dependent on Outcomes

Feeling anxious, irritable or depressed when unable to gamble, or experiencing significant mood swings tied directly to winning or losing.

Escalating Stakes

Needing to bet increasingly larger PKR amounts to feel the same level of excitement — a pattern that can lead to significant financial harm quickly.

If you recognise any of these patterns in your own behaviour, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion or cool-off tools available in your ze555 account, or to speak with a trusted family member, friend or professional counsellor. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Are You Gambling Responsibly?

The following questions are intended to help you reflect on your gambling habits honestly. There are no right or wrong answers — this is a personal check-in tool, not a diagnostic assessment. If several of these questions give you pause, it may be worth taking a break and speaking with a support professional.

Responsible gambling looks different for every player. For some, it means setting a firm PKR budget before each PSL match and sticking to it. For others, it means limiting sessions to one per day. The key is that you are in control — not the other way around.

1

Do you set a fixed PKR budget before each gambling session and consistently stay within it?

2

Are you able to stop gambling when you planned to, without feeling compelled to continue?

3

Do you gamble only with money that you can genuinely afford to lose — money that is separate from household or family expenses?

4

Can you enjoy watching a cricket or PSL match without feeling the urge to place a bet on every market?

5

Are your family members and close friends aware of your gambling activity, and are they comfortable with the level of time and money you spend?

6

When you have a losing session, do you accept the outcome calmly and move on — rather than depositing more funds immediately to chase the loss?

7

Has your gambling activity had no negative impact on your work, studies, sleep, relationships or financial commitments in the past three months?

8

Do you think of gambling as one form of entertainment among many — not as a primary source of excitement or a solution to boredom or stress?

Support Resources & Help Organisations

If you or someone you know needs help with gambling-related issues, the following types of organisations and services can provide confidential support. ze555 encourages players to reach out without hesitation.

Licensed Mental Health Professionals

Qualified psychiatrists and clinical psychologists in Pakistan's major cities — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad — can provide assessment and treatment for gambling disorder, which is recognised as an impulse-control condition. Contact your local hospital or a reputable private clinic to find a referral.

Gamblers Anonymous (GA) Model Groups

Peer-support fellowship programmes based on the internationally recognised GA 12-step model offer confidential group meetings for people affected by problem gambling. Similar support groups operate across many countries and are accessible in person and online. Search for GA chapters or equivalent groups available in your area.

Family & Relationship Counselling

Problem gambling affects not just the individual but everyone close to them. Family counsellors and therapists trained in behavioural addiction can support both the affected player and their family members in rebuilding communication and financial stability. Many clinics in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad offer relevant services.

ze555 Player Support

Our own support team is available 24/7 to help you apply self-exclusion, set limits or discuss responsible gambling concerns confidentially. Reach us in English — or Urdu upon request — at [email protected]. We will not judge, and we will act quickly.

A note for Pakistani users: Gambling activity is subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. ze555 does not encourage or facilitate illegal activity. Users are responsible for understanding their own legal obligations. If you are experiencing financial hardship related to gambling, please also consider speaking with a financial counsellor or a trusted family member before depositing further funds. Your wellbeing matters more than any bet.
